Sorry for posting english language in a german board, but I don't know so many boards where you can post without being a member. My german sucks even more than my englisch, but I do understand a bit german.

A few days ago I made a massive mistake that won't let me sleep anymore (seriously! I'm also not able to go to work atm...). I lost connection to my anon proxy while I was surfing illegal content on the internet. I did not notice when this happened but I fear I were on an US social network at this time (In their privacy information they say that they save the IP adresses of the users). The network room has been taken down by the owner a few hours later, so maybe he was faster than the authories or the network owner itself, but I'm so frightened at the moment. I don't watch any hardcore stuff or things where the kids are harmed and I don't have any illegal stuff on my PC and I never did, but an investigation would destroy my life socially anyways. Has anyone an idea how probable it is that I will have an unwanted visit by the police?

In the news you only read about the guys getting busted, but how does reality look like? Is there anyone who has experienced something like this before. You don't need to mention that it were your own experiences of cause, assumptions will also help. Maybe you heard from others? Or maybe someone having a link with further information about this stuff? Any information would be helpful. Please help!

Oh man, I will let my fingers from these things in the future, its been 3 days ago now and I still feel like I have to puke all the time. Being a pedo is a curse nowadays, although I would never hurt a soul (Especially no child, how can you hurt someone you're loving?) I am THE EVILNESS itself for the society. If, however, recommend that all digital data and all other matters (CVs, family photos, etc.) from home to first ... for one to two months.

My disk storage is 100% clean, never downloaded anything illegal, even not in the cache.

The bad thing is: I'm always cautious... this was just the worst case accident that could happen: Not realizing my proxy went down...


And your english is quite well But you can't also post in german, it won't take me to long to translate

If I were you would be, I would be very to act cautiously.Die U.S. courts can be tough judgments. The police will always find something if they really want, the computer was still so clean.
But I think the risk of a raid is not very large, but of course this can not be conclusively assessed.

Es ist für mich nicht möglich ihr Risiko abzuwägen

Solche Seiten gibt’s viele, meisstens sind diese nur sehr kurz im Web.
Dass muss nicht heissen, dass da Ermittlungen im Gange sind…ausschliessen kann man so was jedoch natürlich nicht.
Daher halte ich das Risiko für äusserst gering. Aber eben, Garantie gibt’s da keine.

Auch wenn der Rechner kein illegales Material enthält, enthält er zumindest Links, Passwörter, Mails, soziale Netzwerke und ähnliches.
So was kann im Falle von Ermittlungen natürlich zu unangenehmen Untersuchungen in ihrem Bekanntenkreis führen.
Gleiches gilt für sämtliche Privaten Bilder und Adressen die zuhause lagern.

Also, wenn Sie sicher sein möchten, würde ich ein gründliches Ausmisten empfehlen…wobei die Chancen auf eine Hausdurchsuchung in ihrem Falle wohl sehr klein sind.

I really hope you are right at this point! I'm begging so hard for it. For the other things you mentioned: I think I am on the safe side with that. It's just about the threat of getting a room raid that makes me suffer.

I have seen the homepage of cm34 with lots of information about child porn cases. But unfortunately he is only collecting facts of the big shots. I realized that it is quite impossible to find information about the "normal" cases. Politics talk about the massive and always growing problem of child porn, and I read a
lawyers statement that there are much more child porn suspects then anyone could imagine. But the pure numbers aren't really THAT high.

And how many people didn't get busted? Are the authorities really interested in people that "only" saw a hand full of illegal images? How high is the ratio of "no-one ever realized" to "police searched your whole flat and told all the neighbors you are a pervert"?

This question is wrecking my nerves!

Meint ihr nicht, das es sehr wahrscheinlich ist das er eine HD kriegt, wenn er auf einer Seite herumklickt auf der es massig KP zu sehen gibt?

Vor allem, wenn das ein grosser Anbieter ist wie Yahoo oder so. Die haben doch extra Leute, die sich nur mit den Kriminellen Sachen befassen und es zur Anzeige bringen. Loggen tun die auch alles!

Keine Ahnung aber ich finde das klingt nicht gut. Ist doch nicht so, das es nur so grosse Fälle gibt, wie Operation Himmel oder so. Die meisten die einen drauf kriegen sind doch bestimmt die kleinen Fische.

Klar sind die eher hinter denen her die auch anbieten, aber wenn man die Daten erst mal hat... könnte ja einer durch die Lappen gehen...

ps: eben auch noch was gelesen das es 2007 fast 9000 Ermittlungsverfahren wegen KP gab. Nur in Deutschland!

Naja, mann muss bei dieser Flut von Untersuchungen aber auch sehen, dass es sehr selten zu Verurteilungen kommt...

bedeutet: In aller Regel sind Ermitlungen nicht Zielgenau


Zu dem setzen wir diese Zahlen ins Verhältniss zu den Besucher auf solchen Seiten...das geht in die Horrenden...dann sehen wir, das Rumclicken auf solchen Seiten ist kaum Auslöser für eine Untersuchung.

Das Risiko für den Fall hier also eher klein.

Desweiteren möchte ich bemerken dass;

-solche Seiten gibts nach wie vor...Millionen
-Die wahren Kipo-Umschlagsplätze sind eh andersartig

Ich weiss nicht, ich mag das nicht so recht glauben. Bin nämlich grade in einer ähnlichen Situation und habe eine scheissangst vor dem was jetzt passieren mag. Überlege schon einen Anwalt um Rat zu bitte.

Sehe und staune...es geht in die Millionen...und dann setzte dies ins Verhältniss zu den Ermittlungen...und die Ermitlungen wiederum setze ins Verhältniss zu den Verurteilungen.

und nun versuche dein Risiko zu berechnen...

Zudem...und da spreche ich durchaus aus Erfahrung....sind die Behörden nicht derart auf Zack wie das viele gerne hätten.

Also...wer eine Kipo-Seite besucht wird deswegen noch laaange nicht automatisch eingebuchtet....so viel Platz hätten die da sowieso nicht...geschwiege den Brötchen.

Leider ist es viel eher so, dass die einfach mal zB. das GLF hops nehmen und alle IP nummern absuchen die auf dem Server waren. (CH + A)
Und dies würde natürlich auch die Antis einschliessen, die hier gegen uns proleten...mann stelle sich das mal vor.

und hört auf, euch nen Anwalt zu suchen und die windel zu füllen BEVOR ie Bulletten klopfen...

Besser ist: Sein Leben einfach auf HDs einzustellen!!!

Verschlüsseln des PCs...Backups anlegen, die Tür eintrittsicher machen, die Klingel nicht anschreiben (wenn möglich, ist sinnvoll wenn andere ihre Klingel auch nicht beschriften, oder Faken ist auch toll..) alle Privaten Daten extern lagern.
usw...

zudem kanns nicht schaden, sich über seine Rechte bei ner Razzia zu informieren
